Francesco Mazzi


Chef Francesco Mazzi, born in La Spezia, Italy, began his culinary journey in California, where he developed a passion for Italian food. After completing his studies in Italy, he worked in top restaurants, mastering his trade and creating his own unique style. This led him to work as a Chef de Partie at acclaimed Italian restaurants in Los Angeles, followed by a private chef position for wealthy Hollywood figures. He then ventured to Europe, working in Michelin-starred kitchens and gaining exposure to innovative techniques. He eventually became the Executive Chef at Borgo La Bagnaia in Siena, Italy, for three years, further refining his skills as a chef and leader.Francesco's big break came when he joined the renowned Enoteca Pincchiori in Tokyo, Japan, first as an Advisory chef and later as the Executive Chef at the Armani Ristorante in Tokyo. He also taught cooking courses at prestigious institutes. In 2019, he left his position at Giorgio Armani Japan and worked as a consultant in Dubai. In January 2020, he opened his luxury art company, Mazzi Fine Art, offering both acclaimed artworks and refined dining experiences at his art gallery. Francesco has an impressive international culinary background, having worked in Italy, North Europe, USA, the Middle East, and the Far East. He seamlessly blends cooking, art, and video communication, creating a unique experience under the name Mazzi Fine Art and Mazzi Fine Dining.
