International Exchange through Art — Donation of Artwork and Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Francesco Mazzi
Mr. Francesco Mazzi, an internationally active artist based in both Italy and Japan and a native of La Spezia, Italy, donated and exhibited a symbolic artwork at the signing ceremony to commemorate the beginning of the friendship agreement between the cities.
In recognition of his contribution, Mr. Mazzi received a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Izumisano. His efforts were highly praised as a cultural bridge between the two cities, carrying great significance.
